Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
Yes. Every treatment at Pure Body Benefits starts with a personalized assessment so our providers can tailor your plan to your skin type, goals, and medical history. You can book a consultation online or by calling (682) 250-2266.
Who will be performing my treatments?
Our team is led by Whitney Miller Johnston, RN — a Certified Nurse Injector with over 11 years of ICU experience — and Abbey Childers, our Lead Medical Aesthetician with 20+ years in the beauty industry and advanced aesthetics training since 2017.
Where are you located, and what areas do you serve?
We’re located at 6340 Cromwell-Marine Creek Rd, Suite 116, Fort Worth, TX 76179, proudly serving North Fort Worth and the surrounding communities including Eagle Mountain, Lake Worth, Haslet, Saginaw, Blue Mound, Azle, and Newark.
What are your hours?
Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm. We’re closed Sunday and Monday.

How much do treatments cost?
Pricing varies by treatment and is tailored to your individual goals, so we determine exact costs during your consultation. Do you offer payment or financing options?
Yes. We accept CareCredit and Klarna to help make treatments more accessible, as well as HSA cards. If you plan to use an HSA, please confirm with your plan provider that your specific treatment qualifies — it’s your responsibility to verify your plan’s coverage and spending limits before your visit.
Eligibility & Safety
Do you treat clients under 18?
Yes, for select facials and laser treatments, with parental or guardian consent required. Please contact us before booking to discuss eligibility and the consent process for minors.
Can I be treated while pregnant or nursing?
For the safety of both mother and baby, we’re unable to provide laser treatments, injectables, or medical-grade skincare products to clients who are pregnant or nursing. We’d love to welcome you back once you’ve finished nursing — feel free to reach out with any questions in the meantime.
Laser Hair Removal
Is laser hair removal safe for all skin tones?
Yes. We use the Quanta Light EVO laser system, which combines an Nd:YAG 1064nm wavelength (effective on darker skin tones) with an Alexandrite 755nm wavelength (ideal for lighter skin and hair), so treatment can be tailored to your specific skin type.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients need a minimum of six treatments scheduled four to six weeks apart. This spacing lets us catch hair in its active growth phase across multiple sessions for the most complete results.
Is it uncomfortable?
Our system includes advanced cooling technology to numb the skin during treatment, so most clients describe it as a mild prickling or warming sensation rather than pain.
Injectables
What’s the difference between Daxxify and traditional Botox?
Daxxify is a peptide-powered neurotoxin that can last up to twice as long as traditional options, often requiring as few as two treatments per year for maintenance.
What fillers do you offer?
We use the Revance line of dermal fillers, built with resilient hyaluronic acid (RHA) technology to smooth both dynamic wrinkles (from facial expressions) and static wrinkles (visible at rest), with natural-looking, long-lasting results.
Skin Rejuvenation
What’s the difference between a SkinWave Aqua Facial, IPL, and SkinPen microneedling?
SkinWave is a hydrating, no-downtime facial great for an instant glow before an event. IPL Photofacials target sun damage, redness, and pigmentation using intense pulsed light. SkinPen microneedling stimulates your body’s own collagen production to improve texture, scarring, and fine lines over time. Many clients combine treatments — we’ll recommend the right combination during your consultation.
Is there downtime after these treatments?
It depends on the treatment. SkinWave facials have no downtime. IPL and SkinPen may cause mild redness or a sunburned feeling for a few hours to a few days. We’ll walk you through exactly what to expect for your specific treatment plan.
IV Hydration
What IV options do you offer?
We offer several options, including the Myers Cocktail for immune support and fatigue relief, Quench for rapid rehydration and electrolyte replenishment, and Get Up and Go for an energy and metabolism boost using B vitamins and amino acids.
